Purpose
Valor Academies are a network of public charter schools based in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded by twin brothers Todd and Daren Dickson, Valor have been making waves in the education space for their innovative approach to Social and Emotional Learning. And more specifically their unique practice of Circles.
Circles are a weekly practice that provides Valor students a safe platform to open up, be emotionally vulnerable and support one another. It is at the very foundation of their extraordinary school culture and an essential part of their continued academic success. It is their key to helping their students become better humans.
